Our 7-Stage Purification Cycle
Sedimentation
The first line of defense. Water passes through multi-layer sediment filters to remove large suspended particles like dust, dirt, rust, and sand.
Activated Carbon Filtration
Water flows through activated carbon to absorb chlorine, pesticides, organic compounds, and bad odor/taste, ensuring the water tastes fresh.
Reverse Osmosis (RO)
The core of our system. High-pressure pumps force water through a semi-permeable membrane (0.0001 microns), removing up to 99% of dissolved solids, heavy metals (lead, arsenic), and hardness.
UV Treatment
Ultraviolet light sterilization penetrates the cell walls of bacteria and viruses, deactivating their DNA and rendering them harmless.
Chlorination/Ozonation
A controlled disinfection step using Ozone or Chlorine to ensure the water remains free from microbial contamination during storage.
Quality Control
Every batch undergoes rigorous laboratory testing for pH, TDS, and microbial count to ensure it meets IS:14543 standards before packaging.
Hygienic Packaging
Final water is filled into sterilized 20L jars or bottles in a touch-free environment and sealed immediately to lock in purity.
