OXYLIFE's state-of-the-art RO water plant in Purnia is where science meets purity. Located at Ward no.30, Fatma Road, Rambagh, our facility houses the most advanced water purification equipment in the region.
Our 7-Stage Purification Technology
Stage 1: Pre-Sediment Filter
Large particles, sand, silt, and suspended solids are removed through multi-layered sediment filters. This protects downstream equipment and ensures clean input water.
Stage 2: Activated Carbon Block
Granular and block activated carbon removes chlorine, pesticides, herbicides, and organic compounds that affect taste and odor.
Stage 3: Micro-Filtration
0.1-micron filters capture remaining fine particles, ensuring crystal-clear water before the RO membrane.
Stage 4: Reverse Osmosis (RO)
High-pressure RO membranes remove 99.9% of dissolved solids, heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury), fluoride, and other contaminants. Our TDS output is consistently below 50 ppm.
Stage 5: UV Sterilization
Ultraviolet light at 254nm wavelength destroys 99.99% of bacteria, viruses, and protozoan cysts without adding chemicals.
Stage 6: Ozone Treatment
Ozone (O₃) provides the most powerful disinfection available, ensuring water remains pure during storage and delivery. Unlike chlorine, ozone leaves no chemical residue.
Stage 7: Mineral Enrichment
Essential minerals like calcium and magnesium are added back in optimal quantities for taste and health benefits.
